I came across this great infographic via Fast Company last week. ¬†Created by Kissmetrics, it breaks down the steps for calculating the value of a new Starbucks customer as well as identifying t the additional value that attracting ‘good’ customers creates. ¬†And the answer? A staggering $14,099 per customer!
