Minimising accidents one mime at a time.

To control reckless drivers, the mayor of Caracas, Venezula, replaced traffic wardens with mimes to shame dangerous drivers and pedestrians. The amazing thing is, it seems to be working with motorists responding better to mimes than the traffic police.

Women in Manilla recently brought peace to their villages by withholding sex from their fighting husbands.
